With 25 years of loan sale and real estate experience, she has an unmatched knowledge of the market.

Merrie develops marketing strategies tailored to each loan portfolio to maximize returns by directing campaigns, targeting key market groups, facilitating press communications and advertisements. As head of the investor relations team, Merrie connects loan buyers to sales that align with their acquisition strategies. She facilitates communications and negotiations between loan buyers and clients during every stage of the loan sale transaction.

In addition, Merrie acts as Project Manager on FFN’s engagements with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and is directly responsible for expanding market awareness for the GSE non-performing loan sales program, with a focus on increasing non-profit and small investor participation.
